Some of the girls went on an hour long horse ride.  Maya and Ellie.  Ellie insisted on two cowgirl

We also went miniature golfing.  The boys went golfing at the golf course.  Allen and my dad almost got in a fight with another group ahead of them.  Wish I would have seen it. lol. It was such a fun week and brought a ton of memories back.  Allen's family and my family used to come up when we were younger.  Good times.

Animal Kingdom

 I love Animal Kingdom!  It was a rainy but that seemed to make the animals more playful.  We dished out $15 for two rain ponchos but the kids didn't complain...much. 

 This is right after we finished the Mount Everest ride.  I thought I was going to puke at that exact moment.  Allen found it humorous and snapped a picture.  As soon as I got off the ride I ran to the ride operator and asked where the closest restroom was.   

 Ellie's teacher, Mrs. Taylor, loves dinosaurs and Ellie took a few pictures for her in Dinoland.

Disneyworld

 Ariel's Grotto was a newer ride in the Magic Kingdom.  Ellie was thrilled.  I hate lines but Disney is so good about making the lines entertaining.

 Carson had been looking for a fedora forever and finally found the one in Orlando at a cheap little souvenir shop.  He wore it the rest of the trip and looked quite handsome.

Ellie and I waiting to go into the Magic Kingdom.  We were all a little bummed at Disneyworld.  Compared to all the other theme parks this one was busy.  It was really hot too.  A bad combination for Allen and I.  After a few hours and only being able to ride 3 rides we headed back to the hotel.  We were debating whether or not to go back.  We did go back and I am so happy we did.  We were able to get the rest of the park done in about 3 hours.  We stayed until closing time.  We took advantage of the Fast Pass on Space Mountain and wish we could've done more. 

Island of Adventure

Universal Studios Florida

 Our FABULOUS Family Vacation of 2014!!

 Our first day was spent in the air.  The second day we went to Universal Studios and it was awesome!  The first ride we went to was the 3D Despicable Me ride.  It made me so sick!  After that I popped Dramamine and aspirin every morning and that helped a lot. 

 Ellie volunteered to be a part of a 'ride.'  I wish we could have bought a copy of the finished video.  She was so cute. 

 Ellie wanted her picture taken with any character she could find.

Yellowstone National Park

 We spent a lovely week in Island Park with Grandma and Grandpa Miller.  We stayed at a nice cabin and tried a few new things while there.

Las Vegas

The kids at the Las Vegas M&M Store. On our way to Long Beach we stayed over night in Las Vegas. Our neighbors told us we HAD to go to this store. It was really fun and they had a cute 3-D movie, but everything was really expensive so we just looked.
Ellie's favorite M&M is the green girl one. She was thrilled she was out front to get her picture taken with her.
