Our Summer To-do List

 At the beginning of the summer the kids and I compiled a list of things we wanted to do over the summer.  It took us a couple of weeks after summer to get them all done but we did them all. 

Yellowstone National Park

 We spent a lovely week in Island Park with Grandma and Grandpa Miller.  We stayed at a nice cabin and tried a few new things while there.

Swim Lessons

Ellie with Caralyn, her swim teacher. Carson refused to take a picture with her. We tried swimming lessons a couple of years ago but Carson's teacher told him that if he didn't put his head under the water then he would make him do push-ups and then Ellie's teacher was super sweet, but I couldn't understand a thing she was saying, so how could Ellie. This time around was much better. I think it helped having them both in the same class and their teacher was really cute with them.

They start their next class in a week. My kids are fish and I feel much better knowing that they know a few things in the water.

slip and slide

Slip and slide fun with some neighbors! Our family train looks like Allen is about to strangle me. Good times! We had so much fun! Allen went the farthest out of everyone, he said it was because he weighed the most...I agree. We piled into a blow up pool and all went down the slide, the kids loved that.
