First Day of School

Look!  They are walking to the bus together.  I can't believe both my babies are in Junior high.  Carson is a big shot 9th grader and Ellie started 7th grade.  It's been quite an adjustment to her.  Besides starting junior high she is still struggling with the divorce and is having some self esteem issues.
I love them both so much!

West Jordan Rodeo

Jon invited us to go with him to the West Jordan Rodeo this year.  It was really fun.  I did have to leave because I got a little sad watching the poor animals getting roped.  The kids both had a good time and are getting more familiar with Jon being around.  He's been great to me and the kids.
 Me and Mini
This boy is such a stud.
This little monkey was so cute.  He and the sheep dog he's riding were able to herd a few sheep into a trailer.  Lol.
Thanks for taking us Jon.  We had a blast!

Cavalia

I met Jon at the beginning of May and we became exclusive in June.  I was not planning on dating anyone so soon after the divorce, but I ended up being asked out by a few guys.  It was fun but got a little confusing keeping things straight.  Lol.  Oops.

I told all my new friends that I wasn't looking for anything more than friends right now.  So, when Jon asked me to go to Cavalia "as friends" I thought it was pretty cute.  It was an amazing show!  I would recommend it to anyone.  Ellie would have loved it, but the tickets were so much money so Jon bought a dvd with all the information about the horses on it for her to watch.

Christmas Day

The kids were cute playing Santa Claus and were so patient waiting for there turn to open their presents.  We have amazing kids.
Molly Moo got a lot of treats this year.  Even kitty got some.
Ellie used her own money and bought everyone on the Miller side a present.  I got a new figure for our Christmas village.  It's a cute little girl sitting on a bench with a backpack.  She got Allen a decorative letter D for dad.

What a stud he is.  He is so compassionate and is always looking out for me.
At the Miller's for dinner and more presents.
Grandma recently had to have shoulder surgery.  Her bones are pretty brittle and they had a rough time connecting her arm bone to her shoulder.  She still managed to help grandpa with dinner.
I sure Love my Family! So supportive and willing to drop about anything to help me and the kids, well, pretty much anyone.

Centerville Christmas Party

Allen's work party was at the movie theater this year.  It was nice and the food was yummy.  We played a silly game where we had to put a paper plate on our heads and draw a picture.  Luckily Farmington PD was covering and Allen was able to come too.  He won a tub of popcorn and a movie ticket.

Date Night

Sometimes we are able to get away and go on a date.  We went to and saw the latest Mocking Jay movie.  It had a strange ending, just like the book.

Bear Lake

Tara and Joshy Boy on the boat.
Nick wakeboarding. He stayed up forever!
Allen wakeboarding.  He got up on his first try. Punk
Carson tried wakeboarding and was able to get up for a few seconds.  I was too nervous/excited to take any pictures though.
Skiing is not like riding a bike.  You can forget. lol
Papa Stan and his mini-me Josh.
A little tennis.
The gang wasn't able to hike through the cave.  They sold out on tickets.
Some of the girls went on an hour long horse ride.  Maya and Ellie.  Ellie insisted on two cowgirl
braids.
Maya's first time riding a horse.  Her horse was named Rio.  She did really well for her first time.
Ellie's a pro.  Her horse was T-50.
Brynnlee on Tess.
I took some pictures as I was riding.
We also went miniature golfing.  The boys went golfing at the golf course.  Allen and my dad almost got in a fight with another group ahead of them.  Wish I would have seen it. lol. It was such a fun week and brought a ton of memories back.  Allen's family and my family used to come up when we were younger.  Good times.
