Thursday the 2
nd graders had an award assembly at school. They all came walking in with crowns that said "Future 3rd Grader" and that made me a little sad. I can't believe he is almost in 3rd grade. He got an award for being a good friend to all, his class voted on that one.

Carson with his awards. There were only about 3 or 4 of them that got the Most improved in reading award and Carson was one of them. At the start of the year he was only reading 44 words per minute but by the end of the year his in now reading 99 words per minute. His teacher keeps telling me how proud she is of him. We are proud of you Carson!
