A tribute to the King of Pop

February is Black History Month and Carson's class had an assignment to do a diorama on a famous Black Person. Some examples Mrs. Gailey gave the kids included Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King. Our little Carson came up with Micheal Jackson. I am not sure if he is exactly what his teacher was looking for, but he got 200 out of 200 on it.

He cut out famous people out of a magazine and glued them to the inside of a shoe box and then he tried making a play-doh Micheal but it didn't dry how he wanted it to. So, I found this little guy at one of my outings to Walmart. He was a little concerned that the toy had facial hair, but he worked out alright. We did have to paint a white glove on him though.
