Ellie has been dying to wear this cap since Allen brought it home, daddy told her she could keep it. That was the highlight of her day.

Carson loved playing with Allen's cords. He was pretending to go fishing with them.

Our family. We are all (mostly me) thrilled that Allen is done with school. After his mission he went down to
CEU for a semester and then we got married and we decided to live in West Valley City and he went to the
SLCC for a little while. We had Carson while he was going there. When we got pregnant with Ellie he went through the Police Academy and I think that was the hardest time of his school time. He was working full time to support our family and then would come home to change into his uniform and grab some dinner and then was out the door again. It was so hard. Right out of the academy he was offered a job to
Centerville and continued going to school. In the fall of 2008 he started going to Columbia College. CC is based out of Missouri and "specializes" in law enforcement. He took a little break when I was in the hospital in 2010 and through the summer following and then started back up in the fall. We are so proud of Allen and his dedication to get his degree. He scored in the top 10% for the Major Field test, there were only 4 of them that got it. He is so smart.

What a good looking couple we are. he he

My dad had to work but met us for dinner afterwards.

Allen's parents have always been incredible examples to Allen. They both went to
BYU and both have degrees. Allen's grandpa taught at
BYU and was a Dean there, so Allen comes from generations of intelligent people. Allen still strives to become a better person and an example just like his parents are to him. Thank you
Ackersons for raising Allen to become the man that he is today. He always puts his family first and has always provided for us. We love you Allen and we couldn't be prouder of you. Thank you for showing our children that education is important. The raise will be a nice thing :)
