Dear Mrs. Ackerson:
I have reviewed results from your recent tests. It turns out that there are a couple of results that could suggest some active lupus related problems. A test of muscle enzyme came back higher than normal which could be an indication of muscle inflammation. A test of kidney function was also slightly higher compared with the last tests done.
I would like you to have the tests repeated at the end of July. Please bring the enclosed prescription to the office one day during the week of July 27-31 and we'll repeat the tests and then consider whether changes in treatment are needed.
