Today we went to the circus parade that they had at Gateway. I think a local radio station put it on or something. We met a bunch of people there from our neighborhood, we had all heard that last year people saw it on the news. We were expecting something spectacular. The whole parade lasted about 5 minutes and when it was all over all the mom's looked at each other like..."we loaded up all the kids and dragged them here for that?" They had mostly clowns, which I think are a little creepy, a couple of zebras, Utah's funniest kid, and the radio personalities that put on the parade. Ellie thought the best part of the parade were the elephants because they were holding on to each others tails with their trunks. I just kept imagining them stampeding over all of us since there was only about 2 or 3 trainers to the 6 elephants. Carson's favorite part was the poop in the middle of the road that the animals left behind. He thought it was the funniest thing. He must of heard us mom's complaining because as soon as we got in the car he informed us that the parade was dumb and asked what we would be doing next. Allen was excited it was so short, that meant that we would be out of there in an hour and wouldn't have to pay for parking. Just getting out of the house on a nice day was good for me.

I loved the same thing Ellie did. Carson says the cutest things! Now you will forever have a record of the small things!
