On Brenda's birthday this year we each wrote a little note to her and tied them to balloons and then let the balloons go. 
Getting our balloons ready. We had a nice dinner and told a couple of stories about Brenda. We miss her so much. Caleb was a little confused. He wanted to know why we were sending notes to a dead person, they can't read. We explained that she knew what we were feeling.

I LOVE that idea!! Joseph's birthday is in three weeks and I am stealing that idea. What a great way to honor your sister. Do y'all get together like that every year on her birthday? So cool.
