Our doggy Molly, isn't she so cute? We love her so much and she has brought so much fun to our family. Doesn't she look so innocent? She really is a good dog, she sleeps through the night in her own room, she very rarely has accidents in the house. She has never snapped at or bitten a person and she hardly ever barks. She is so friendly and will greet anyone she sees.
On the other hand, she terrorizes our cat Tiger. She things her tail is a toy and is constantly chasing her around the house. Tiger sits at the top of the arm of the couch and Molly stays on the floor and tries to grab her tail, Tiger will swat her back on the top of the head, but Molly is relentless. We really think that Tiger likes the play time and we know that Molly likes it. If the kids aren't home to terrorize Molly you will find Molly chasing Tiger through the house. 
We have started putting Molly in Time-outs on top of the bar stools. Besides tormenting Tiger she also eats all of her food.

That is too funny. I loved the part where you said, "She sleeps through the night in her own room." They are just like little people.
Aren't dogs the best? That's hilarious that she sits on that stool for tmie out. Larry was in time out a TON for the first year but that all pasted..so good luck!
And good luck with your work outs. Keep on chuggin' and hopefully the aching will stop!
